Standard setup time is 1-3 business days from submission to approval. This includes:

  • Event verification (1 day)
  • Ticketing setup (1 day)
  • Promotion tools configuration (1 day)

Rush setups can be accommodated with a 20% express fee.

Joining our network is simple:

  • Contact our Organizer Relations team via phone or visit our office
  • Account assessment and registration (free)

What is the current fee structure for events?

Current fee structure (updated daily):

  • Basic Event: 5% per ticket
  • Premium Event: 7% per ticket
  • Large Scale: 10% per ticket

Fees are based on current market rates and event scale. Premium bonuses available for high-engagement events.

When and how are payments made?

Payment schedule:

  • Daily transfers: Available for small events
  • Weekly bank transfers: For regular organizers
  • Monthly consolidated payments: For large-scale organizers

Payment methods include bank transfer and mobile money (M-Pesa). All payments are processed within 24 hours of event completion.
